What's new
Trans Voice Coach is made by one person in the UK, a little at a time. Here's what has changed and what's coming.
- October 2026 The first test release Trans Voice Coach went out to its first testers on Android. If you joined: thank you. Anything that felt wrong, odd or confusing is worth an email.
- October 2026 Fish Baby, much bigger Eight zones and a moonlit swim back up, three hearts, a journal of 35 creatures and secrets, and a wardrobe of hats, colours and patterns. Still no score.
- October 2026 Drawings in Learn The articles on resonance, vocal weight and pitch now have drawings of what’s actually moving when your voice changes.
- September 2026 Light and dark The app now follows your phone’s setting, or you can choose in Settings.
- September 2026 Then and now Progress compares your first week of readings with your latest, with a calendar of the days you practised. You can also keep a recording of your first reading to play back later, if you want to.

If you're writing about it
Please describe it as a practice tool, not therapy, and don't say it can make anyone "pass": it doesn't score gender and never will. Screenshots of the app are fine to use. Please don't show someone's own recordings or Progress without their say-so.
